Box office and exhibition
The box office is on the first floor of the palace. The Gallery with the tapestries and the Mirror Hall are on the second floor.

Standard admission: €5 Reduced admission: €2.50 Reduced admission applies to:
- students and teachers on presentation of an ISIC or ITIC card,
- visitors aged 60 and over.
We accept card payments.

- severe-disability cards (ŤZP and ŤZP/S),
- Bratislava Card,
- MultiSport Card,
- ICOM.
Accompanying persons:
- tourist guides accompanying a group,

Archa, located within the Primate’s Palace complex at Uršulínska 6, will serve as a cooling spot for the public during periods from 30 July to 15 September 2026. Visitors are welcome to take a break from the heat, relax in a comfortable air-conditioned environment, and cool down during the hottest days of the summer.
How to find us: Archa is located at Uršulínska 6 within the Primate’s Palace complex, near the Tourist Information Centre on Klobučnícka Street. The site is accessible from both Primatial Square and Laurinská Street.
